By registering for an account or using our booking services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. AfroLuxe is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
When you book a service, you agree to honor the appointment time. Recurring "No-Shows" (missing appointments without cancellation) may result in account suspension. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment.
Professionals listed on AfroLuxe are independent contractors, not employees. While we verify identities, AfroLuxe is not liable for the quality of service provided. However, we investigate all reports of misconduct.
AfroLuxe facilitates the connection between client and professional. Actual payment for services is settled directly between the parties (e.g., via M-Pesa). AfroLuxe does not currently process payments and is not liable for payment disputes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Trust & Safety guidelines, including harassment, fake profiles, or fraudulent activity.
