How do I book a professional?

Browse the homepage or use the search filters to find a barber or stylist. Click on their profile, select a service, choose a date/time, and click "Reserve Now". The professional will receive your request immediately.

Do I pay online or at the venue?

Currently, AfroLuxe operates on a "Reserve Now, Pay Later" model. You will pay the professional directly at the venue via M-Pesa or Cash after the service is completed.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Go to "My Account" > "My Bookings". You can cancel any appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

Account & Safety

How do I become a Verified Professional?

Log in to your Professional Dashboard, go to the Profile tab, and upload your National ID (Front and Back). Our team will review your documents within 24 hours.
