Most issues (late arrival, rescheduling) can be solved by talking directly to the professional. We encourage you to call them using the number provided in your booking confirmation.
If the service was not provided or was unsatisfactory, please email support@afroluxe.com within 24 hours of the appointment time. Include your Booking ID and details of the incident.
Our Trust & Safety team will review the claim, contact both parties, and make a final decision based on our community guidelines.
